Thumbelina is the world's smallest horse, checking in at 17 inches. She's gonna be making the rounds across the country pretty soon, appearing at hospitals, churches, summer camps and more to raise a million bucks for children's charities. Sounds like the Mini-Me mustang has a big-time heart.
